DOWNLOAD PROGRAM BOOK (UPDATED 03-10-2022)

Presentations will be held online and offline. All of the presenters, both online and offline, are required to prepare a PowerPoint presentation with a maximum duration up to 10 minutes.

OFFLINE PRESENTATION

• Offline presentations are carried out directly at the venue.
• Offline presenter is expected to be in the room 10 minutes before the schedule

ONLINE PRESENTATION

• Online presentations are carried out via Zoom Meeting (link will be provided later)
• Online presenter are allowed to prepare and use 10 minutes duration of video presentation
• Online presenter are required to be present in the Zoom Meeting room

THE ISSUANCE OF LOA PROCEDURE:

1. Submit your abstract at https://icoemis.ub.ac.id/
2. ICOEMIS Committee will give you notification of your abtract
3. If your abstract got accepted, please go through of your payment and registration at https://s.ub.ac.id/icoemisregistration
4. If your registration has been validated, ICOEMIS Committee will issue your LoA
